Dairy milk production has a significant environmental impact due to its high water and land usage, greenhouse gas emissions, and waste production. In contrast, plant based milk production is more sustainable and requires significantly fewer resources.

This is certainly not the message my generation received as children, which, disturbingly is still a message given to billions of unsuspecting dairy consumers.
