Prepare a cup of your favourite barista Mylk, Hazelnut Barista Mylk is recommended for this recipe -
Mix Mylk, Ceremonial Cacao Drops, coconut sugar, cinnamon, salt and vanilla (if you like orang e, add your zest) in a pot and bring to a gentle boil, stirring constantly to avoid the cacao burning on the bottom -
Once warm, remove half a cup of hot chocolate and stir in your cornflour. Stir well to avoid any lumps and then pour back into the pot and mix in well Stir for a few more minutes until hot chocolate is thick and silky -
Serve as is, or add a little warm, foamed Hazelnut Barista Mylk on top. This is a pretty rich hot chocolate, serious chocolate lovers will be able to polish this off single - handily, chocolate dabblers may want to to share.
