Mylky Peppermint Fudge
1/2c Mylk Made Base - any will do!
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 Tbsp rice syrup
1tsp vanilla protein powder
Optional drop of pure peppermint extract or dōterra peppermint essential oil
Method
Melt the coconut oil stir all other ingredients in well. Set in the fridge in a silicone mould or tray. Once set, slice and serve.
